Just ashort letter to let you know that we could not be more pleased with our new oak hardwood floors.Colette and I are happy with the material, the worlmanship and care provided by you and IDN Hardwood Floors.
We belive you when you say that looking out for the customer is your number one priority; as well as your expressed intention to ferret out any existing and potential problems before your customer dose, an approach we appreciate. It prevents us having to do what we don’t like to do: complain, and I know you don’t like to say you’re sorry.
