Eight months ago you installed 2600 square feet of hardwood flooring in my newly purchase home. The quality of material and installation were both exemplary. I have had several wood floors installed over the years and this was by far the best example of workmanship that I have seen to date. Whatever you are paying your installers. It’s worth it: don’t let them get away. Unfortunatly, even under the best of circumstances, problems can arise. In this case, a moister related problem required that approximately 2000 square feet of the downstairs flooring had to be replaced. I am not sure what precipitated the problem, but what I do know is that you initially assumed responsibility and promptly replaced my floor! I can not tell you how pleased I am with your follow up service. When I first discovered he problem, which was not really all that obvious, I mentally prepared myself for an unpleasant and protracted battle to get it resolved. To my astonishment, you immediately  took ownership of the problem; which I am sure was at no small cost to yourself. Instead of me having to repeatedly call you, you regularly called me, to keep me abreast of what was going to take place each step of the way.Once again, the new floor was beautifully installed. The hallmark of any professional is follow-thru. You and your staff have certainly demonstrated your commitment to that truth. Please feel free to share my experience with any future customers.

No one lives life without challenges. Our challenges for the past 16 years since the 1994 Northridge Earthquake has been living with ugly concrete floors. Using your many years of flooring design experience, you immediately zeroed in on, and narrowed hard wood and stone floorings in my home. It is because of your exemplary knowledge of current products that I was able to make the right decision. i could have searched for a very long time and may not have ever found the right product because there are so many choices on the market today. In the many years I have been doing real estate design and implementation, I have had several unfortunaten experiences with workman and contractors who are well, let’s just say less than what they portrayed themselves to be. Your company installed my engineered wood floors throughout the house two years ago. You and your employees were very courteous and helpful and the floor turned out beautifully. What is most commendable, however, is the professional manner in which the work was backed up (not once, but three times) when my new floors were damaged by leaks from beneath the slab and later from a kitchen appliance. The first incident thought caused by a cracked air conditioning condensation line) occurred during the one-year warranty period, and without charge the damaged floorboards were removed and replaced. Your employees did a fine job and made the floor look as good as new. More damaged occurred the following year when a broken sprinkler line caused another leak beneath my slab. Later, a leak in my refrigerator damaged the kitchen floor. Although my year’s warranty had expired, you charged me only for the cost of the flooring and nothing for the several days of labor that was required. Again, the workmanship was excellent, and the floors look beautiful. The kind of service you supply-particularly the way you back up your products- is all too rate today. Thank you so much for your commendable service and for my once-again beautiful engineered wood floor.
